Terms of use

1. What RAYA is

RAYA is a tool for drafting, arranging rooms, rough calculations, preparing BOQs and documents, and preparing images for AI. It does not certify designs and is not an engineer, architect, quantity surveyor or building-code expert.

2. What you must check

• Site dimensions, opening clearances, walkways and clashes between elements.
• Structure, electrical, plumbing, air conditioning, waterproofing, fire safety and building regulations.
• Items, quantities, prices, taxes, conditions and scope of work in documents.
• Images made by AI, which can add, remove, move or change details from the original model.

3. Permitted use

You may use RAYA for your own design work and documents. You may not use it to break the law or infringe anyone’s intellectual property, privacy or safety.

4. Accounts and files

You are responsible for keeping your account secure and should keep separate copies of important files. RAYA may change, suspend or end parts of the service for security, maintenance or legal reasons.

5. Plans and credits

RAYA is free within the limits of the free plan. For more, subscribe monthly or yearly, or buy credits. Each plan’s price, credits and picture storage are what the plans page shows on the day you pay.

• Monthly and yearly plans are paid by card, the 30-day PromptPay pass by PromptPay. Credit top-ups can be paid by card or PromptPay.
• The 30-day PromptPay pass (Starter, Pro or Studio) is paid once, at the price of the same monthly plan on the day you pay. It gives that plan's features, storage and one month of its credits for 30 days from the day you pay. It is never renewed or charged automatically, and its credits end with it.
• Buying the same pass again adds its days after the current end. A higher pass starts at once and runs 30 days from that day, with its credits added; days of the current pass beyond those 30 days are not carried over (the Plans page shows the current end before you pay). A lower one can be bought once the current one has ended. While a card plan is running, a pass cannot be bought, but credits can be topped up. The pass has no free trial, takes no promo codes, and an account that has bought one does not get the free Pro trial in section 6.
• We remind you 3 days before a pass ends, at the email you paid with, and on LINE if you sign in with LINE. When it ends, the account goes back to the free plan; your projects and stored files are not deleted and open as before.
• Every payment happens on Stripe’s checkout page. RAYA never sees or stores your card number.
• A Standard picture costs 5 credits and a High picture 15. The credits are taken when you ask for the picture; if no picture comes, they come back as set out below.
• Our system or the image provider fails: the credits for that picture normally come back at once, and the screen says so.
• No picture arrives and the screen does not say the credits came back (for example, the connection dropped mid-render): the credits come back after 15 minutes, the next time you open your credit balance or ask for another picture.
• The image provider refuses the request under its own safety policy: the credits come back automatically.
• The provider has made the picture but we cannot store it, for example because the connection to the provider dropped while the picture was on its way back, the team’s picture storage is full or the member was removed from the team before the picture was stored: the credits come back automatically. If the member is removed after the picture has been stored in the team’s storage, the picture stays in the team’s storage and its credits are not returned. If a team’s storage has too little room left, the picture is not started and no credits are taken.
• Automatic returns in the three cases above (no picture arrived, the provider refused, and the picture could not be stored) are limited to 2 in any 24 hours for the account that pays the credits, counted together. Beyond that, the credits for that picture are not returned automatically; they are held for our team to review. To ask for a review, email admin@raya-studio.com with the account you sign in with and the date and time you asked for the picture. The team decides on returning the credits case by case.
• Credits that come with a plan last until the end of that billing period; what is left does not carry over. A yearly plan’s credits arrive a twelfth of the year at a time: the first month’s when it is paid, then one month’s each month from the payment date. Credits you have not used add up and expire when the year ends. If you cancel a yearly plan before the year is over, the remaining months’ credits still arrive each month until the end of the year you paid for. If that payment is refunded in full, refunded in part with the plan cancelled, or charged back, the remaining months’ credits stop at once.
• Credits you buy as a top-up never expire.

6. The 30-day free Pro trial (closed)

• New free trials are closed. This section still applies to a trial started before they closed, until it ends.
• The free trial is for the monthly Pro plan only.
• You add a card when you start the trial. Nothing is charged that day.
• On day 30 that card is charged automatically for monthly Pro at the price shown when you signed up (฿399 a month for sign-ups up to 31 December 2026), and the plan then renews every month until you cancel.
• Cancel before day 30 and you are not charged.
• One free trial per account and one per card. An account that has had a trial or a paid plan before cannot start one. Subscribing with a discount code is a paid subscription, not a free trial.
• During the trial you get one month of Pro credits. They expire when the trial ends; the first paid month brings that month’s credits.
• Before the charge, we send a reminder to the email address you used at checkout.

7. Automatic renewal and cancelling

• Monthly plans renew every month and yearly plans every year. The card on file is charged each time until you cancel.
• Each renewal is charged at the price you signed up at, even if the plans page changes later. A launch price you subscribed at stays yours for as long as you don’t cancel.
• Cancel any time in the app: the manage billing and cancel button on your profile page, or, during a trial, the cancel or change card button on the plans page. Both open Stripe’s subscription page, where you can also change your card and see past receipts.
• Cancelling takes effect at the end of the period you have paid for. Until then the plan and that period’s credits work as usual. After that the account goes back to the free plan and is not charged again.
• If a renewal charge fails, that period’s credits arrive only once it is paid. You can update your card on the same subscription page.

8. Refunds

You can ask for a refund of any payment within 7 days of paying, as long as no more than 20 credits have been used since that payment. Email admin@raya-studio.com with the account you sign in with and the date you paid. Once refunded, the plan or credits from that payment are cancelled.

• Outside that, a period that has started is not refunded, including when you cancel partway through; you are simply not charged again.
• If our system charges you twice or charges the wrong amount, we refund that part in full.
• Refunds go back to the way you paid. How long they take to arrive depends on your bank or card issuer.
• While a refund is being checked, or after a chargeback is filed with the bank, the account’s credits are on hold until the check is done. A chargeback also cancels, at once, the subscription the charged-back payment paid for, and it is not billed again.

9. Intellectual property

You still own the data, drawings, images and content that you have rights to and bring into the service. You give RAYA the right to process that content only as far as needed to provide the service you ask for.

Drawings, documents and images you make with RAYA are yours to use for your own work and clients.

The RAYA software itself, meaning its code, screens, templates and the data RAYA has compiled in the app and on the website, belongs to RAYA and is protected by copyright. You may use it through raya-studio.com under these terms. Without written permission, you may not:

• copy, modify or publish the app's code or screens, in whole or in part, or run them as another service;
• decompile or reverse engineer the code to build a service that works the same way;
• use bots, scripts or other automated tools to extract templates or data from the app or the website, including to train AI models;
• remove or alter the copyright notices in the software.

10. Limitation of liability

To the extent the law allows, the service is provided as is. We do not guarantee that results are accurate, complete or fit for every purpose. Use your own judgement and have a professional check before using anything for real.
