RAYA partner programme terms

A. RAYA Creator Partner

1. Who can apply

Content creators, influencers, designers, architects and anyone making content about interiors, homes, property or technology. There is no minimum follower count; RAYA looks at the content, the audience and how well they fit the platform.

2. What you get

• The Pro plan free for 6 months from the day it is switched on
• 100 credits a month, up to 600 credits over the programme
• Your own discount code: followers who are new customers get 10% off the first bill of a plan
• 10% commission on qualifying payments as set out in clause 4

3. The content

Post at least 1 video within 30 days of getting access, ideally 30–90 seconds, on TikTok, Facebook Reels, Instagram Reels or YouTube, and keep it up for at least 90 days.

The video should show RAYA in real use, such as modelling a room in 3D, rendering, making a BOQ or construction drawings. Tell it your own way. Opinions must come from real use and do not have to be all praise.

Tell viewers clearly that you use RAYA for free and earn commission from your discount code.

4. Discount and commission

• The 10% discount applies to the first bill of a monthly or yearly plan, for accounts that have never had a plan, never bought a 30-day PromptPay plan and never started a free trial, even one cancelled later. Renewals are at the normal price.
• It does not apply to credit top-ups, the 30-day PromptPay plans or any other payment.
• Signing up with a code comes without the free trial.
• Commission is 10% of the first bill and of up to 2 renewal bills within 120 days of the first payment. Yearly plans earn commission on the first payment only.
• It is worked out on the amount actually paid after the discount, before VAT, and excludes refunded or cancelled payments.
• You cannot use the code on your own account, create fake transactions, or combine it with other discounts unless RAYA agrees.
• The code is valid for 6 months from the day it is switched on.

5. Commission payouts

RAYA totals commission monthly, after a 30-day window for checking payments and refunds. The minimum payout is 500 baht; anything below carries over to the next month. Withholding tax is deducted where the law requires.

6. After 6 months, and rights to your work

After 6 months the account returns to the free plan. Nothing is charged automatically.

Creators keep the copyright in their videos. RAYA may share links or repost them as the creator allows, and will ask for separate consent before using a video in paid advertising.

RAYA may suspend the benefits in cases of fraud, infringement of others' rights or a material breach of these terms, and will give its reasons.

B. RAYA Brand Partnership

1. Who can apply

Brands and businesses in building materials, furniture, sanitary ware, decorative lighting and interior accessories.

2. Launch offer

90 days of free advertising for the first 10 brands that are approved and send complete details, counted from the day the ads go live, not the day of sign-up. Ads appear on the RAYA website or app in the placements agreed.

3. Conditions

• Send a correct logo, product pictures, descriptions, prices and contact details, and confirm you have the right to use and publish them.
• RAYA decides the format, placement and timing of the ads and does not guarantee sales, clicks or impressions.
• The free period does not include photography, producing ad material, or adding product data beyond what the agreement lists.

4. After 90 days

You may continue with an advertising package at the rates offered at that time. RAYA does not charge you or move you to a paid package unless you agree.

5. General

RAYA may refuse or remove ads that are unlawful, infringe copyright, give false information or do not meet the platform's standards.

Future changes to these terms do not affect benefits already approved, unless agreed again.
